Pro Kids

The Background

Portfolio_PK-FullsizePro-kids is an organisation that helps children aged from 3-16 express themselves through sport & the arts.

MD Vicky Moore & I have been working with each other since 2007 and we have taken the business from inception to it’s current stage, concentrating mainly on the sales & marketing.

Vicky wanted a website that was simple to look at and simple to update. As her audience was both private individuals (parents) and corporate (Headteachers), it had to strike the right balance. We decided on a simple design, based on a template that had been used before,  in order to keep costs down. The template was then adapted to what Vicky wanted.

My website has gone from a muddled piece of design to an organised workspace that can be edited easily by me and all my colleagues. It is so simple to use and requires no knowledge of design programmes or web design experience.

People can easily log on and navigate to the appropriate pages which has reduced confusion, which was in my previous site. More and more people are visiting my site and finding exactly what they want to see.

I am currently planning a new online marketing campaign to automate my flow of new customers therefore meaning I can step away from the sales & marketing completely and concentrate on my core skills – working with kids.

Vicky chose to buy our consultancy skills to design the website and to help her set it up. However, she could also have rented a website, got us to show her how to design one, or simply come on one of our courses to learn how to do it all herself.
