Denholme Designs
The Background
Denholme Designs is a website that showcases the talents of Sue Heward, who makes dolls & teddies.
We have worked with Sue since Summer of 2009 and together we have looked at all aspects of her marketing including her offer, her target market, her products and her lead generation methods.
Sue settled on a website that could not only allow subscribers to download free patterns to make their own dolls, but also offered an online shop that customers could order bespoke toys & gifts along with a myriad of different options. We are currently completing the shop functions.
Sue’s Thoughts
We ask everyone we work with to tell us honestly what they think of what we’ve done. (Naturally we put the best ones on our website!) However, if you are not completely happy then we will work, at no extra cost, until you are.
This is what Sue says about working with us:
Al has helped me to develop a retail website to sell soft toys and collector bears.
As well as being patient & supportive in enabling me to get to grips with the mechanics of populating & adapting the website, he has also given me a lot of food for thought by using pertinent questions to help me establish my aims & objectives when setting up my business.
For instance, he helped me consider what would constitute success for my business, and he helped me to build a profile of the types of customers I want to attract to my website.
Sue chose to buy our consultancy skills to design the website and to help them set it up. However, she could also have rented a website, got me to show her how to design one, or simply come on one of our courses to learn how to do it all herself.
